Gamevice are now suing Nintendo, who they allege stole the idea for the Switch's detachable controllers from the Wikipad line of products.

The Nintendo Switch might be the year's must-buy console, but that doesn't mean it's all plain sailing for the Japanese gaming giant - as a new lawsuit aimed at the multinational proves.

Arsenal vs Leicester City, Premier League
The club has also brought in new players like Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette who could have a lot to offer to the success. If Arsenal can secure a first Premier League title since 2004, it won't sting quite so much when Sanchez walks away for free.

Also included are the company's detachable controllers, which let users turns their existing phones or tablets into Switch-like devices.

"Nintendo's infringement has caused, and is continuing to cause, damage and irreparable injury to Gamevice, and Gamevice will continue to suffer damage and irreparable injury unless and until that infringement is enjoined by this court", said the complaint.

The Economic Survey expects fiscal deficit to decline to 3.2% of GDP in FY18 compared with 3.5% in FY17. This suggests the economy is relatively resilient to the large liquidity shock of demonetisation .

Gamevice claimed that Nintendo has infringed the '119 patent through the sale of Nintendo Switch.

The Wikipad (pictured above) features dual analog sticks, an analog D-pad, and four analog action buttons. Then a company claiming to own a patent describing handheld systems including the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS filed a lawsuit that also had to be fought and won.

Barcelona Target Coutinho 'Definitively' Not For Sale - Liverpool
Liverpool have now issued an official club statement on the transfer saga, insisting their star man is going nowhere this summer. "We wish to offer clarity as regards our position on a possible transfer of Philippe Coutinho ", the statement read .

It may have taken the Switch longer to launch, but this seems like another lawsuit Nintendo should be able to defend itself from without too much of an issue.
