Drake and Future Sued for $25 Million By Woman Who Was Allegedly Raped at Their Concert

A lawsuit has been launched by a woman claiming she was raped during a 2016 concert featuring Drake and Future, who are among the defendants in the unidentified woman's lawsuit.

A woman is suing rappers Drake and Future after she was raped at one of their concerts.

According to TMZ, the woman attended the Summer 16 Tour stop in Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on August 14, and claims she was invited backstage to meet the rappers by a venue employee. According to People, the woman claims she was approached by "a man associated with Bridgestone Arena" who told her he'd take her backstage to meet Drake and Future. According to The Tennessean, she followed the man before he pushed her down and raped her. He was working as an employee for Delaware North, a concession stand company contracted out by the venue.

According to The Tennessean, Johnson was arrested and charged with rape, and is now awaiting trial. The victim is arguing that the What a Time to be Alive duo, the arena and other parties should have known that Johnson was a risk and need to be held accountable.
