Qualcomm's latest lawsuit seeks to end all sales and production of the iPhone in China. In the most recent development, Qualcomm is now filing a lawsuit against Apple with the intent of having all iPhone production and sales halted in China.
Qualcomm filed the suits in a Beijing intellectual property court, claiming patent infringement and is seeking injunctive relief, a company spokeswoman confirmed on Friday, but did not provide further details.
The patented innovations "are a few examples of the many Qualcomm technologies that Apple uses to improve its devices and increase its profits", Trimble added.
