Numerous biggest Xbox One games have received sizable updates to give them 4K resolution support and other enhancements when played on Xbox One X. Unsurprisingly, more games are in line to receive Xbox One X updates, with Blizzard preparing a patch for its popular hero shooter Overwatch that will give it 4K resolution when played on Microsoft's latest console.
With the Xbox One X having sold fairly well, and offering significant upgrades on the original Xbox One, it's fair to assume that we'll see a lot of popular older games receiving updates for the console. One will also be released for Destiny 2 soon. If Blizzard can also implement HDR at some point down the line, Overwatch will look stunning on Xbox One X with its vibrant and vivid colors. Windows Central recently reached out to Blizzard to inquire as to whether or not Overwatch would be added to the list of enhanced games and received a response that confirmed what Xbox One X owners can look forward to.
Along with the OverwatchXbox One X enhancements, there are a number of other updates for the game that are hopefully going to be coming out around the same time: new character Moira, the Talon geneticist who is the game's most recent new character, and the Blizzard World map, an amusement park map taking things from all of Blizzard's previous games.
You might recall that there'sa PlayStation 4 Pro update for Overwatch but maybe not the particulars. Blizzard has promised to share more information about its OverwatchXbox One X enhancement plans later.
Nathaniel Clyne ruled out until February
The England worldwide is, however, pencilled in to play some part in a behind-closed-doors friendly at Melwood on Tuesday. Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne has reportedly been sidelined for three months after undergoing back surgery.
