Rana to Play Raja Marthanda Varma
As many are aware by now, Daggubati Rana has announced a new film. The second movie will be a continuation of Marthanda Varma where the story will be that of the successor of the king. The pre-production works are now in progress.
In his upcoming multilingual movie, the youth icon will be seen as Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma, who was the king of Travancore from 1729 until his death in 1758. "PreProduction in progress. The film will be directed by K.Madhu written by Robin Thirumala and Seven arts Mohan is the line producer on the film!" tweeted Rana Daggubati about his new film. Even the actor can not be blamed for this as the projects are so interesting that he can not take a risk by saying "no".
Ben Roethlisberger is the master of the play fake
The Seattle Seahawks came out in force to condemn Thursday night games after Richard Sherman was lost for the season in Week 10. Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger said nearly the same thing in an interview with Pittsburgh's 93.7 The Fan on Monday.
Rana Daggubati is riding high with two hits this year with Baahubali 2: The Conclusion and Nene Raju Nene Mantri. While Rana will lead the film, Regina Cassandra will be playing his love interest in this period drama.
Not many lead Telugu actors have made a debut in Malayalam films. "It's a very nuanced character".
With this project, Rana would complete a trilogy of sorts in the war genre as he's been part of fantasy-based war drama (Baahubali), underwater war drama (Ghazi) and now pre-independent war film. While the Telugu version is titled 1945, its Tamil version is titled Madai Thiranthu.
Rana has also played some notable roles in Bollywood.
