Call of Duty: WWII Winter Siege Trailer Released

"The Winter Siege is all about celebrating with the Call of Duty community", said Aaron Halon, Senior Product Developer, Multiplayer, Sledgehammer Games. The team is dedicated to delivering on the intense nature of war that focuses on the heroism and sacrifice of soldiers in WWII. The game mode pits players against one another with random weapons-get a kill with one gun and then your weapon will be changed.

A new map called Winter Carentan will be available for the duration of the event, but that's just the start of a huge schedule that includes free loot, playlists, orders, and other features. This limited time mode is available in a 2XP playlist from 12/15 to 12/21, and as part of the Winter Carentan moshpit playlist from 12/29 to 1/2. This beloved mode makes its Call of Duty: WWII debut during the second week of the event as part of a non-stop schedule of special 2XP playlists, delivering a flawless way for players to take a variety of weapons out for a spin and keep their opponents guessing.

Captain Butcher will take the role of Quartermaster during the Winter Siege event. Orders will be rotated daily as to allow players to unlock weapon variants each day. Players will also receive a free Winter Siege Supply Drop by logging in each week to play.
