New app allows you to create legally binding contract for consensual sex
The app will also send a list of your "sexual preferences, including your do's and don'ts". The point of it, according to the creators is to ensure consent for the act is granted before people engage in such a relationship.
Contracts created using LegalFling can also be customized; Users can decide whether they want to prohibit having sex without a condom as well as requesting the other party is STD-free.
With this app you now have a "yes" to sex filed right in your phone. And it isn't just for one night stands - according to their website, the app is meant to protect all types of sexual relationships, even long-term relationships. "While you're protected by law, litigating any offenses through court is almost impossible in reality", they explained. "Additionally, you can withdraw consent going forward through the LegalFling app with a single tap".
"With LegalFling, a simple swipe to consent is enough to legally justify the fling".
And if there's a breach of contract, app users can "escalate a breach" which would trigger "cease and desist letters and enforcing penalty payments".
This app has been created after the #MeToo movement hit the social media, raising global concern about sexual exploitation and sexual harassment faced by celebs, politicians, journalists and women in general.
