Bradford, who was placed on IR on November 8 with a left knee injury, returned to practice last week and completed his fifth practice Friday.

With the Divisional round of the playoffs set to take place momentarily, the Vikings made an interesting move the day before their clash with the Saints on Sunday. He has simply performed well above what the team had expected after Bradford was sidelined with a knee injury following his impressive Week 1 outing.

Since taking over the starting duties for the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2 of the regular season, veteran quarterback Case Keenum has continually faced persistent questions about his long-term future with the team.

In the meantime, Keenum is trying to lead the Vikings to the Super Bowl which will be held in Minnesota.

Zimmer did say that he believes Bradford is healthy enough to play should the Vikings need to rely on him in the postseason.
