New Delhi has continued to grant visas - even emergency visas -for Pakistanis seeking medical treatment in India. The High Commissioner was thus compelled to return without meeting Indian citizens, it said.
The discovery occurred in January when archaeology buffs Rene Schoen and Luca Malaschnitschenko started scanning a field with a metal detector.
Because they stayed silent concerning their original sighting, the full treasure trove was retrieved. Back in 2015, a man discovered Roman-era coins, mosaic glassware, and hobnails from a pair of shoes and last year, four 2,000 year gold torques were unearthed in England.
As a result of his discovery, preservationists have now salvaged significantly more than 600 pieces and coins of silver jewelry dating back into the 10th century. The oldest coin, a Damascus dirham, dates to 714 CE, and the newest is a penny from 983 CE.
