AP claims that YouTube's mobile incognito mode will hide your subscriptions and "activity". Depending on the application you're using it may be referred to by different names. Like Google Chrome, YouTube appears to be adding an incognito mode for that exact objective. It works pretty much like it sounds it would, letting you control YouTube TV with voice commands like "Jump back to my last channel", "Play NBC", or "Turn on the Trail Blazers game". The familiar Incognito icon will be visible in the top right corner indicating that you are browsing YouTube anonymously.
