Activists worldwide public environmental organization "Greenpeace" has sent unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), depicting the comic book hero Superman, in the direction of one of the objects on the territory of the French nuclear power plants "Bugey" - to prove its vulnerability.

France produces concerning 75 percent of its electrical power from nuclear power in 19 nuclear websites run by the state-controlled EDF.

"The action again highlights the extreme vulnerability of this type of buildings, which contain the highest amount of radioactivity in nuclear plants", Greenpeace said.

Artificial ovary could help women conceive after chemotherapy
For most patients the procedure is safe, but certain cancers, such as ovarian or leukaemia, can invade the ovarian tissue itself. This new method shows promise for women undergoing cancer treatments who are wanting to conceive after their treatment.

Greenpeace activists flew the drone into the no-fly zone around the nuclear plant and crashed it against the wall of the plant's spent-fuel pool building. Greenpeace After crossing the Rhone river, Superman piloted its way between reactors to finally crash on the wall of the spent fuel storage pool building, near the reactor n°2.

According to company management, we are talking about two drones, one of which was intercepted by the gendarmerie.

EDF said the spent-fuel pool buildings were robust and created to withstand natural disasters and accidents.

Nikki Bella and John Cena are 'just friends'
While Total Bellas now shows a back-together Nikki and John , the former flames are not an item at this time. She said in her new vlog that Cena is now filming a movie in China, which is giving them much-needed space.

Greenpeace, meanwhile, insists that the sites remain extremely vulnerable to outside attack, with the spent-fuel pools at particular risk, as they contain the equivalent of several reactor cores, stored in concrete pools outside the highly reinforced reactor building.

The intrusion of the drones in the restricted airspace of the power plant is an offense under the code of defense and a complaint has been filed, leading to the opening of an investigation, it was reported.

'Spent-fuel pools must be turned into bunkers in order to make nuclear plants safer, ' said Greenpeace France's chief nuclear campaigner Yannick Rousselet.

Knicks have offered Mario Hezonja a contract
Thankfully for the New York Knicks , the David Fizdale Effect is already being felt in his first offseason at the helm. The Knicks were never going to be players for the big stars in this year's free agency class.

Greenpeace activists have broken into nuclear plants in France several times in the past. Last week 19 activists were handed suspended prison sentences for breaking into another plant in November 2017. A parliamentary committee is due to present its report on Thursday.
