But it's taking a lot longer to figure out which team Kawhi Leonard will end up playing for next season.

The Philadelphia 76ers are among the teams that are interested in acquiring Kawhi Leonard via trade, but the star forward likely isn't going anywhere until the San Antonio Spurs place a more realistic price tag on him.

Instead, he still wants to go to his native Los Angeles but his preference is now the Clippers.

Wimbledon 2018: Unstoppable Roger Federer wins set in 16 minutes
He has won 32 sets in a row at Wimbledon - two short of his personal best streak, between 2005's third round and the 2006 final. BBC reports that the top seed is bidding for a joint record ninth singles title to draw level with Martina Navratilova.

For weeks, it had been known Leonard wanted out of San Antonio as a move to the Los Angeles Lakers was seemingly his number one priority.

"I think even just based what we did this offseason, we are going to get better and move closer to our goal", Harris said, "which is that National Basketball Association championship that we keep talking [about]".

Leonard's relationship has deteriorated with the Spurs' organization after ESPN reported that the former NBA Finals MVP believes the organization mishandled his quadriceps injury, as well as comments made by Popovich and teammate Tony Parker regarding his injury as Leonard sat out most of the season.

Along with the Boston Celtics, the Sixers are one of the few teams other than the Lakers that have the assets to trade for Leonard.

The Spurs reportedly are asking the world for Leonard from the Lakers - packages including L.A.'s top young players and a pile of draft picks - and don't appear willing to budge or negotiate much. It's expanded a surprisingly small list of potential trade destinations to include possible front-runner Philadelphia, as well as a new team that could be entering the mix.

So, if the "buzz" is real - and I'm not doubting Bontemps - what would the Raptors have to part with in order to land a superstar like Leonard?

The 76ers are willing to walk away from the Kawhi Leonard sweepstakes. Leonard played in only nine games in 2017-18, scoring 16.2 points a night, well below his average of 25.5 in 2016-17.
