Louis was born on April 24 - St. George's Day, England's national day - at St Mary's hospital in central London weighing 3.8kg.

The three-year-old was walking hand-in-hand with her dad, Prince William, after her younger brother's christening service when she told waiting photographers: "You're not coming", according to The Sun.

Prince Louis of Cambridge is being christened in the Chapel Royal, watched by his older brother Prince George and big sister Princess Charlotte.

Catherine's parents, her sister and brother-in-law Pippa and James Matthews and her brother James will also be in attendance. Meghan opted fro an olive green Ralph Lauren dress, which featured a boatneck and a matching hat by Stephen Jones.

They joined Queen Elizabeth and other members of the royal family early Tuesday morning for the centenary celebration of the Royal Air Force (RAF).

Prince Louis' robe was a replica of the lace and satin dress made for Queen Victoria's eldest daughter in 1841, and was also worn by Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The 92-year-old's absence from her great-grandson's christening is not due to health issues, a royal source added, after speculations rose following the Queen's absence from a special service last month, after she said she was feeling "under the weather".

Following the service The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge hosted a private tea at Clarence House. And Louis' non-royal godparents will have influence on the little prince.

Trump administration freezes risk adjustment payments
Eventually, experts say, some insurers could simply get fed up and exit ObamaCare markets, leading to fewer choices for consumers. The agency says the court ruling also prevents it from collecting additional risk-adjustment funds until the issue is resolved.

Prince William was an RAF search-and-rescue pilot, while his brother, Harry, served as an air traffic controller and helicopter pilot with the Army Air Corps - serving two tours of duty in Afghanistan.

Prince Harry has paid around $10,000 for a first edition "Winnie-the-Pooh" for nephew Louis' christening. Pelly is a longtime friend of both William and Kate, and he was the one who planned William's bachelor party.

The Duke and Duchess will also visit DogPatch Labs, a co-working space for technology start-ups, where they will meet children and young people taking part in workshops, and talk to female tech entrepreneurs.
