Cellphone video footage shows that Jones and Ragin traded several punches with each other. Jones, 34, promptly removed his backpack and gave Ragin the business. Bad news for him is that he was identified as the one who started the fight and was therefore arrested.

Likely Impact of US-China Trade War: Prices Up, Growth Down
In June, the British leader warned both Trump and European Union leaders of the dangers of entering a tit-for-tat trade war. On Thursday, Commerce Ministry spokesman Gao Feng hit back at "threats and blackmail" ahead of the planned USA tariff hike.

After the hit, police say that Jones defended himself and pushed Ragin to the ground. Shortly after the Tennessee Titans drafted him in 2005, Jones was arrested for assault and felony vandalism for an incident at a Nashville nightclub. In 2012, a jury ordered Jones to pay $11 million in damages to the victims. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer a year ago, served a few days in jail and was suspended by the league for a game.

That was one of a string of suspensions for off-field behavior, including a ban for the entire 2007 season after repeated run-ins with authorities. Jones is then held back from punching him further.
