Coming up: Partial solar eclipse on Friday the 13th

This eclipse is into the buzz in social media as it is going to occur on Friday, the 13.

This partial solar eclipse will be visible to people in some parts of southern Australia, including those in Adelaide and Melbourne, will see a very small fraction of the eclipse.

The safest way to witness a solar eclipse is with special filter-protected glasses and telescopes, or by looking indirectly using an eclipse viewer.
