West Nile Virus found in mosquitoes in Perth County traps

Last year 26 people contracted the virus and two died in Dallas County

There have been three human cases of West Nile virus in the county this year.

According to the Central Connecticut Health District, the mosquitoes that tested positive for the virus are in the Culex family.
