There are now 14 confirmed cases of Legionnaires Disease in New Hampshire, one of which was fatal.

The Health Department is scheduled to inspect the internal plumbing supply in the affected building, but officials say they do not consider this an outbreak or to be related to cooling towers at this time.

Legionnaire's disease is a bacterial pneumonia spread by inhaling droplets of water contaminated with the bacteria. A spokesperson said there have been fewer than 10 cases reported.

New Hampshire averages about 32 cases of Legionnaires' disease each year.

No 'Immediate Plan' For Open Roster Spot After Luol Deng Buyout
He appeared in the season opener before dropping out of the rotation and eventually spending long stretches away from the Lakers. The 33-year-old forward is expected to become a free agent after he reportedly agreed to a buyout with the Lakers on Saturday.

Symptoms include fever, shortness of breath, severe fatigue, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and resemble symptoms often found in cases of pneumonia.

Legionnaires' disease can not be spread from person to person.

Most healthy people don't get sick from the bacteria, but smokers, the elderly and those with pre-existing lung conditions or compromised immune systems are at higher risk. People who visited the area more than two weeks ago and have not developed symptoms are not at risk for disease.
