There are now 14 confirmed cases of Legionnaires Disease in New Hampshire, one of which was fatal.

The Health Department is scheduled to inspect the internal plumbing supply in the affected building, but officials say they do not consider this an outbreak or to be related to cooling towers at this time.

Legionnaire's disease is a bacterial pneumonia spread by inhaling droplets of water contaminated with the bacteria. A spokesperson said there have been fewer than 10 cases reported.

The disease can cause symptoms similar to pneumonia.
