Google reveals the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL

Google reveals the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL

Yes, the Pixel Slate is slightly thinner than the Surface Pro 6 and, yes, it's got a slightly more pixel-dense screen, but numerous other specs on both devices are actually quite similar. I'll test the Google Pixel 3 to see if it can knock the Note 9 out, but the iPhone XS Max couldn't.

When it comes to performance and speed, the Pixel 3 XL and regular 3 are certain to be some of the best in the business.

There is still a single rear camera on both phones. This may not sound like anything too special, but Google tries to compensate with software gimmickry. It will also warn you if someone blinked or if the shot is otherwise poor. The new phones' camera can also be used to search for items online by simply taking a picture of them.

Google has chosen the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor for its new flagships and the RAM has been kept at 4GB with the internal storage being released in 2 variants, 64GB and 128GB on both the models and no scope for a microSD card.

China slashes bank reserve requirements amid trade war
Yields of China's 10-year central government bonds have been trending lower this year, standing at 3.633 per cent on Monday. At present, the interest rate on China's benchmark bond is about 60 basis points higher than on the USA one.

"Hi, the person you're calling is using a screening service from Google, and will get a copy of this conversation". Finally, at the front, Google has added a dual camera which allows you to squeeze more of your scene in - 184% more than the iPhone Xs according to Google. If accurate, that's when the Pixel 3 should be available in stores across the world. You get to choose from either 64GB or 128GB of storage with no support for storage expansion. Gboard, the keyboard built into your Pixel 3, will recommend GIFs, stickers and more, to make your conversations fun and engaging. Both are available first in English.

Google has made the batteries in the new smartphones more user-friendly. 100GB of data (now there'sa challenge), as many calls and texts as you like, and all for £45 per month.

The Surface Pro 6, on the other hand, is powered by the omnipresent Windows 10, and that means you have access to all the power tools and productivity apps you can ever want. The most impressive, Call Screen, uses the conversational Duplex assistant shown off earlier this year to answer suspected spam calls on your behalf, and show you a live text transcription of what is being said.

When you place the new Pixel 3 phone on it, the phone's entire UI reorients, effectively turning Pixel 3 into a Google Assistant-enabled smart speaker. This feature will initially be available later this year in New York, Atlanta, Phoenix and the San Francisco Bay Area to help people book restaurant reservations and will roll out to other U.S. cities in the future.

Meghan Markle's ex-husband marries heiress after four-month engagement
Markle, her other siblings and children were not invited to Meghan and Prince Harry's wedding in May. But everything that you think you know from tabloids is a lie.

Going from a small experiment to a polished product backed by large sales, support and technical teams has been part of Google's challenge.

The regular Pixel 3 keeps the design pretty much the same as last year's Pixel 2 with an un-notched 5.5-inch display. Once again, colors include Just Black, Clearly White, and Not Pink.

Preorders for both smartphones began Tuesday, but both will officially launch October 18.

Nigeria To Witness Sluggish Economic Growth In 2019
The new projection is a marginal reduction of the 3.9 per cent projection of last April's World Economic Outlook report. It said that a full-blown trade war between the USA and China would put a significant dent in economic recovery.
