Tata Motors had launched the Tigor compact sedan competing against Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Ford Aspire, Volkswagen Ameo and others in March 2017. The company is also offering an AMT variant XZA on the XZ grade.
The Tigor facelift gets twin-pod projector headlamps with chrome inserts and clear lens tail lamps. It comes with power folding ORVMs with integrated LED turn signals and 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
The change on the exterior is complimented with new black and grey interior with leather seats. A rear centre armrest with cup holders is offered as standard across all variants. Loaded with class above features, this auto is the result of a ideal combination of handsome craftsmanship, performance, comfort and technology. The new XZ+ trim also boasts of the 7.0-inch Harman-sourced touchscreen infotainment system that offers reverse camera assist, and Android Auto. The compact sedan has been available with two engine options - 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel. The Tigor is available in 6 colour options - Egyptian Blue, Roman Silver, Espresso Brown, Berry Red, Pearlescent White and Titanium Grey. Speaking of the safety features, the new sedan carries dual front airbags as standard while Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Corner Stability Control (CSC) are also available on the higher variants.
