Financial help is available for individuals with annual incomes up to $48,560; for a family of four the income limit is $100,400.
But there are local groups still available to help including Foundation Communities and Enroll ATX. "Consumers now have the freedom to shop outside of the ACA for health insurance they can afford without fear of a tax fine".
