Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong could be heading for Paris Saint-Germain next summer because the club is willing to pay the required €75m for the 21-year-old, the Telegraaf reported on Friday.

At his press conference ahead of Ajax's clash with PEC Zwolle, Erik ten Hag was asked about De Jong and joked, "Yes, I spoke to him".

On Thursday, reports also emerged of a possible €75million move to Ligue 1 champions PSG in the off-season, however the 21-year-old star is uncertain of his club future beyond the 2018-19 campaign.

Barca appear to have quite a strict wage hierarchy and don't want to break that - something that they worry PSG, and potentially Manchester City, aren't so fussed about.

Five-star recruit Vernon Carey commits to Duke
Michigan State , which went down to the wire with Duke for Carey, is the perceived favorite in the 247Sports Crystal Ball. Carey joins fellow five-star recruit Wendell Moore and four-star Boogie Ellis as members of Duke's 2019 recruiting class.

But according to De Telegraaf, De Jong prefers a move to join Neymar and Kylian Mbappe at Parc des Princes than Manchester.

Ajax technical director Marc Overmars is said to have quoted the £67m fee, which should pose no problem to cash-rich PSG. There are so many I look at, especially the midfielders. There are so many to learn from.

After that, De Jong says he could depart the club or remain for another season.

De Jong made the move to Ajax from Willem II in 2016, where he won the Jupiter League Talent of the Season in 2016-17 for the club's reserve team Jong Ajax.

Chang'e 4 is the next in the line of China's Chang'e missions, and would be the first craft to land on the Moon's far side. Beijing is planning to send another lunar lander, Chang´e-5, next year to collect samples and bring them back to earth.

De Jong is unsure of where he'll be playing his football next season but is focused exclusively on helping Ajax wrestle the Dutch league title from PSV Eindhoven's clutches. Then we will see.

"You have to do your defensive work but I like to see players who understand the game, players with a lot of vision".

'Maybe I'll stay for another year, maybe I'll leave. But I am not sure, ' he told the paper.

I don't pay attention to it. I hear the stories but I just want to finish this season well'.
