The new Alien game, Blackout, is a mobile joint
07 January 2019, 08:56 | Casey Mitchell
It's being made by American developer Cold Iron, who are staffed by many ex-members of MMO developer Cryptic Studios and who describe it as a "new PC and console shooter based on the Alien franchise".
Although it's possible the new game could ignore this entirely you would've thought using the same character means it is going to be a continuation of some sort.
DR Congo election results delayed
Ahead of the vote, the USA ordered "non-emergency" government employees and family members to leave the country. The country's election commission said it had only received less than half of the ballots so far.
Apparently, you just can't keep a good biomechanical Xenomorph monster down as today, we got the first details on Alien: Blackout, an upcoming mobile game coming to Android (and iOS) devices on January 24. Unlike in Isolation, where the majority of the game was tracking down what had happened with Ellen Ripley. "Try to stay alive while trapped aboard a crippled Weyland-Yutani space station carrying a deadly Xenomorph as it tirelessly hunts you and the crew".
It's now getting a sequel - and it's a mobile game. The unpredictability of both the mysterious alien and the ultimate fate of the crew will force players to make life or death decisions that permanently alter the outcome of the game. Players will need to survive increasingly challenging, fear-inducing levels by balancing the controls of the space station's emergency systems to skillfully guide their crew to safety and avoid encounters with the enemy. However, there's not very much we can pull from the trailer.
Bohemian Rhapsody to Come To DVD and Blu-ray in February
Bohemian Rhapsody is a foot-stomping celebration of Queen , their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury . The film traces the meteoric rise of the band through their iconic songs and revolutionary sound.
While I'm always willing to give something a shot, seeing an incredibly atmospheric concept like this (especially after the fantastic Isolation already proved the idea works) on a mobile device is troubling. At the same time, it's too early to write the game off just yet - I'll reserve my judgment when I am able to get my hands on the title.

Cleveland Cavaliers expected to release Patrick McCaw
Not to mention, it nearly certainly would require parting with McKinnie, whom they've clearly prioritized over McCaw. McCaw appeared in just three games for Cleveland, averaging 1.7 points and one rebound in 53 total minutes.
Chrissy Metz, Alison Brie shut down rumour about insult
Brie told Vanity Fair reporter Nicole Sperling that she and Metz spoke Sunday on the red carpet and was unaware of the incident. Brie looks like she dove into the closets of a princess and a rock star and combined what she found into one look.
