Growing List Of European Nations Endorse Venezuela Opposition Leader Guaidó

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres says he will not take part in any group holding meetings on Venezuela's political crisis in order to maintain the world body's credibility

Earlier on Monday, Mr Guaido announced that he was working on creating an global aid coalition that would be delivered at three points yet to be determined.
