Netflix Introduces ‘Smart Download’ Feature For iOS Users

A clever Netflix feature that was exclusive to Android is finally coming to iPhone

Netflix finally brings its smart downloads feature to iOS devices

Netflix has finally brought the Smart Downloads feature to the app's iOS version, after originally launching it for the Android app back in July past year.

Presently, that very same functionality has advanced over to Netflix's iOS app, ensuring that your "downloads" list is consequently populated with the following unwatched scene and cleared of the ones you've just gorged through. When users finish watching a downloaded episode, Smart Downloads will delete it and automatically download the next one.

SDF will attack IS Syria enclave once civilians out
At its height, the jihadist proto-state proclaimed by IS in Syria and Iraq in June 2014 was roughly the size of Britain. Trump made the statement during his speech to the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS on Wednesday at the U.S.

You should have the new feature on your Netflix app now if you have your device set for automatic updates, otherwise you can find the update in the Apple App Store now. The app will delete any episodes you have watched before downloading the next.

It's not that often that we see non-Google apps get exclusive features on Android, but it does happen, and Netflix proved as much back in July when it released a clever trick for its Android app. You can also turn it off via the app's Settings menu.

Germany rules against Facebook in data-mining case
Germany has declared illegal Facebook's practice of demanding user information in exchange for the right to use its services.

Netflix has supported downloading shows and movies for offline viewing on iOS for a while.

NOTE: If there are no additional episodes to download in your series, the last watched episode will not be deleted. The feature does not work on cellular data, only via Wi-Fi, which will prevent the users from accidentally using a large chunk of their data. And Netflix subscribers who don't want to use Smart Downloads can disable the feature.

Germany to keep final say on Russian Federation pipeline
In November 2017, the EC proposed extending European Union energy rules to gas pipelines from third countries to Europe. Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder is chairman of Nord Stream's shareholders committee.

"While many members enjoy watching Netflix at home, we've often heard they also want to continue their Stranger Things binge while on airplanes and other places where the Internet is expensive or limited".
