The chair is seen spinning in the wind as it falls down towards the highway
Toronto police say they believe they have identified the woman who threw a chair and other objects off of a downtown condo balcony over the weekend.
By Tuesday afternoon, police said they had made contact with "either the perpetrator herself or her representative" and are working on a plan to have her surrender herself. The woman proceeds to chuck the chair off of the balcony toward the Gardiner Expressway below.
The video shows the chair falling toward a busy highway seen below, though police said the chair landed on the condo building's entrance.
Davis needs extra time to make weight for title defence
He got up at nine, but when referee Jack Reiss asked him in both English and Spanish if he wanted to continue, he didn't answer. A monster right hook from Davis broke through Ruiz's defence and cracked his opponents nose before Ruiz went down to one knee.
The video, captioned "Good morning", shows a woman with long, blond hair, and dressed in black picking up a chair on the balcony and then looking over the balcony while holding the chair.
"When you look at this video, anybody would look at it and think this is very, very unsafe".
Hopkinson said he obtained a copy of the video on Sunday and police began to investigate on Monday.

They say the incident allegedly took place on Saturday when the woman threw a chair and other unspecified items from a balcony high up in a condo tower.
Police have said the woman is wanted for a mischief investigation, but Hopkinson declined to say which charges she could be facing.
