Apple confirms March 25th ‘It’s show time’ event with media invites

According to Panzarino's tweet, the email invitation, which says simply 'It's show time, ' played a short film reel countdown animation, which suggests the event will be used to announce Apple's much-anticipated video streaming service. This comes after BuzzFeed first reported back in February that the Cupertino tech giant is slated to unveil its rumored news service on the same date in March.

The company has not given any details on the products that would be launched during the event. Apple will provide a live stream on its website. The company also plans an update to Apple Pay in iOS 12.2, which will lay the groundwork to support a new partnership on a credit card with Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
