[Update] Google Drive Problems Have Been Resolved After Worldwide Outage

The Google disruption first came to light through social media posts at around 10am Singapore time

Thousands of reports were filed on Tuesday night, according to DownDetector.

Google hasn't released an official statement yet but is responding to individual users on social media.

If you're having trouble with your Gmail and Google drive now, just know that you're not alone.

Australian users have been among the hardest hit by the malfunctioning service. "The affected users are able to access Google Drive, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behaviour".

As day proceeded into night, more and more people realized they were unable to send e-mails.

So far, the United States, Japan, New Zealand, Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia and 54 other countries have reported issues with Gmail.

Gmail has been having issues since around 1:50pm. This issue was not confirmed by Google on its G Suite dashboard.
