The 32-year-old actress has previously made domestic abuse allegations against her ex-husband - whom she was married to for just over a year before filing for divorce in May 2016 - but is now being faced with a $50 million defamation lawsuit from Johnny, who claims her accusations were an "elaborate hoax".

According to Buzzfeed News, Heard has alleged in court documents that in 2015, Depp consumed eight MDMA tablets and attacked her physically, choking her and slamming her into a countertop.

"Executives at Warner Bros. are wondering how to deal with the backlash of the Depp matter on the Harry Potter franchise", a source said.

Depp became a "monster" and was "violent" when he drank or was under the influence of drugs, she alleged. "I want to ensure that women who come forward to talk about violence receive more support ... we can work together to demand changes to laws and rules and social norms-and to right the imbalances that have shaped our lives". "He would become a totally different person, often delusional and violent", she said.

But it's still a competition, and a little late-race drama among elite athletes certainly doesn't hurt the viewing experience. Following the race, Hasay posted a photo to Instagram that shows her crossing the finish line as her father pumps his fist.

In May 2014, the 32-year-old actress alleges that Depp got physical with her on a private jet (in front of witnesses) because he was jealous of a love scene she filmed with James Franco one day prior. He allegedly dragged her on a bed and began punching her head, breaking the bed frame in the process. He provocatively pushed a chair at me as I walked by, yelled at me, and taunted me by yelling out the name 'James Franco'.

"At some point, I stood up, and Johnny kicked me in the back, causing me to fall over".

She even said in the year 2015, the Pirates of the Caribbean star grabbed Heard by the hair and throat and slapped her in the face and said, "I'll f***ing kill you, you hear me?" "Johnny continued to scream obscenities until he went into the plane bathroom and passed out locked in the bathroom for the remainder of the flight". "Heard demonstrated when she knowingly published the op-ed with the false implication that Mr. Depp violently abused her". Heard by Mr. Depp, but Ms.

Waldman also claimed that the Aquaman actress was visited by two police officers shortly after the video was taken and they allegedly found nothing like she described in her deposition. People I have never met or spoken to threatened me with violence. In 2013, he set fire to a painting given to Heard by an ex, and hit her on the face, leaving a bloody lip, she says. She was afraid that Depp would push her down the stairs, she claimed.

Rowling broke her silence on the controversy surrounding Depp's casting as the villain Grindelwald when she wrote on her website in December 2017, "When Johnny Depp was cast as Grindelwald, I thought he'd be wonderful in the role".

Heard's personal account was graphic and painful to read - but, according to Depp's attorney, it was complete fiction. In May 2016, she filed for a domestic violence restraining order against him, accusing him of abusing her. However, it's important to note that all charges against Heard were dropped, and Tasya has since denied any domestic abuse, claiming the situation was "misinterpreted".
