Donald Trump executive order appears to target Huawei
Shares of Huawei's us suppliers fell on fears the Chinese firm would be forced to stop buying American chips, software and other components after the Trump administration banned it from buying USA technology without special approval. The order aims to clamp down on the "unrestricted acquisition or use" of equipment made by "foreign adversaries" by USA technology companies. The company criticized the move as "unreasonable".
